彭賓:中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會副秘書長，教授級高工，，長期從事環(huán)境和可持續(xù)發(fā)展政策研究，在中國-東盟環(huán)境合作（China-ASEAN）、東亞酸沉降監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡(luò)（EANET）、大湄公河次區(qū)域環(huán)境合作（GMS）、大圖們次區(qū)域環(huán)境合作（GTI）、中日韓環(huán)境合作（TEMM）、東北亞次區(qū)域環(huán)境合作（NEASPEC）、聯(lián)合國西北太平洋環(huán)境合作行動計劃（NOWPAP）等跨界環(huán)境合作方面有豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗。

曾主持完成聯(lián)合國亞太經(jīng)社會（UNESCAP）、聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署（UNEP）、環(huán)境保護部等國內(nèi)、外機構(gòu)支持的20多項研究課題。主要出版物有《大氣環(huán)境管理國際經(jīng)驗研究》、《亞太區(qū)域環(huán)境合作政策與實踐》、《中國-東盟生物多樣性戰(zhàn)略與行動計劃實施進展研究》、《東盟國家環(huán)境管理制度及案例分析》、《東盟的資源環(huán)境狀況及合作潛力》、《東盟國家環(huán)境評價體系發(fā)展概況》、《區(qū)域環(huán)境合作如何適應(yīng)國際合作新格局》等中英文專著和文章。

PENG Bin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences. He is the former Economic Affairs Officer of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). He has extensive experience in environmental and sustainable development, including China-ASEAN environmental cooperation, the Acid Deposition Monitoring Network in East Asia (EANET), the Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation (GMS), the Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI), the Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting (TEMM), North-East Asian Ssbregiona Programme For Environmental Cooperation (NEASPEC), the United Nations Northwest Pacific Action Plan (NOWPAP) etc., and has lead various reseach projects for international and China domestic organizations, such as UNEP and MEE.
 

劉強，博士，兒童投資基金會（英國）中國辦公室項目主任。他從2001年開始從事氣候變化和能源政策研究，2001-2012年在國家發(fā)改委能源研究所工作，2012-2019年在國家氣候戰(zhàn)略中心工作，任戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃部主任、研究員。他曾多次參與國家應(yīng)對氣候變化規(guī)劃、方案和相關(guān)政策起草，多年作為中國政府代表參加聯(lián)合國氣候變化談判，主持過30余項國家級重大研究課題，并擔(dān)任國際能源署、世界銀行等多個國際機構(gòu)的高級咨詢專家。

Dr. LIU Qiang is the Director of Programs, China, Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). Dr. Liu has been doing research on climate change and energy policy since 2001. Before join CIFF, he was the professor and director of Strategy and Planing Department, National Centre for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC) from 2012 to 2019, and worked in the Energy Research Institute (ERI), National Development and Reform Commission from 2001 to 2012. He participated in drafting national climate change plans, actions and related policies for many times and attended UNFCCC negotiation as a key member of Chinese

Manish Bapna, President and Chief Executive Officer of NRDC. During his 25-year career, Bapna’s leadership roles have focused on designing sustainable development strategies that are equitable, durable, and scalable. Before joining NRDC, he used to serve as executive vice president and managing director of the World Resources Institute (WRI) for more than 14 years, the executive director of the Bank Information Center (BIC), a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Company. Bapna also holds affiliations with the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, Meridian Institute, and Open Government Partnership.

曾主持我國核試驗診斷理論和核武器中子學(xué)的精確化研究；曾任國家863計劃激光專家組首席科學(xué)家，是我國新型強激光研究的開創(chuàng)者之一。

為我國能源戰(zhàn)略研究和推動能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展作出了重要貢獻，現(xiàn)任國家能源專家咨詢委員會副主任；為我國應(yīng)對氣候變化的國內(nèi)外兩個大局做出了突出貢獻，現(xiàn)任國家氣候變化專家委員會顧問；首倡“無廢城市”試點，現(xiàn)任國家無廢城市建設(shè)試點專家委員會主任。

獲國家科技進步特等獎一項、一等獎一項、二等獎兩項，部委級一、二等獎十多項。2000年獲何梁何利科技進步獎。

He has made important contributions to the study of my country's energy strategy and the promotion of sustainable energy development. He is currently the deputy director of the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee; he has made outstanding contributions to my country's response to climate change at home and abroad. He is currently an advisor to the National Climate Change Expert Committee; He initiated the "No-Waste City" pilot program and is currently the Director of the National Expert Committee on Pilot-Free City Construction.

Du Xiangwan, former Vice President and Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and senior Scientific Advisor of Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics. His expertise lies in applied physics, intense laser technology and energy strategy. He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute of the USSR in 1964 and was elected as a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1997. He served as vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2002, and as foreign member of the Russian National Academy of Engineering in 2006.  He has presided over the research on the diagnostic theory of nuclear tests and the precision of neutron science of nuclear weapons in China. He was the chief scientist of the laser expert group of the National 863 Program and was one of the pioneers of the research on new strong lasers in China. Du has made important contributions to China's energy strategy research and sustainable energy development and is currently the deputy director of the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee. He has made outstanding contributions to China's response to climate change both domestically and abroad and is currently the advisor of the National Climate Change Expert Committee. He advocated the pilot project of "zero-waste city" and is currently the director of the National Waste-free City Construction. He is the director of the Zero Waste City” Pilot Consultation Expert Committee. In 2000, he was awarded the Ho Leung Ho Lee Award for Scientific and Technological Progress.

王毅現(xiàn)為第十三屆全國人大常委會委員、環(huán)資委委員，中國科學(xué)院科技戰(zhàn)略咨詢研究院副院長兼可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究所所長。

Wang Yi, member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, member of the Environment and Resources Committee, deputy Director-General of the Institute of Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Director of the Institute of Sustainable Development. He is also the head and chief scientist of the Sustainable Development Strategy Research Group of CAS, head and professor of the Department of Sustainable Development in the School of Public Policy and Management of CAS University, member of the National Expert Committee on Climate Change, member of the Inter-ministerial Expert Advisory Committee on Circular Economy, member of the National Expert Committee on Ecological Environmental Protection, and co-leader of the Policy Research Group on the topic of Global Climate Governance and China's Contribution of the National Cooperation Council. He is also the Vice Chairman of the International Organization for Standardization Climate Change Coordinating Committee, independent advisor of the Climate Program of the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and board member and advisor of more than ten domestic and international organizations, academic groups and foundations involved in the fields of environment, energy and climate change. With more than 30 years of research experience in the field of sustainable development, Wang is currently engaged in research on ecological civilization system, green transformation development strategy, climate change policy and low carbon planning, integrated watershed management, resource and environment policy, and national park system reform.

王金南,男，1963年7月生，浙江武義人。環(huán)境規(guī)劃與管理專家。1986年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)，博士，研究員。中國工程院院士。任生態(tài)環(huán)境部環(huán)境規(guī)劃院院長，國家環(huán)境規(guī)劃與政策模擬重點實驗室主任,全國人大環(huán)境資源保護委員會委員，中國農(nóng)工民主黨中央常委和北京市委員會副主任委員。前后擔(dān)任全球中國環(huán)境專家協(xié)會主席、國家環(huán)境損害鑒定評估專委會副主任、中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會常務(wù)理事和國際自然資源保護委員會高級顧問等20多個學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)。國家第一批百千萬人才和國家環(huán)保專業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)軍人才。主持完成了《大氣污染防治行動計劃》《雄安新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護規(guī)劃》等20多個國家環(huán)境保護規(guī)劃，構(gòu)建了貫穿環(huán)境分區(qū)、減排決策、績效管理和影響評估的環(huán)境質(zhì)量工程管理體系，設(shè)計了環(huán)境保護稅、排污交易、生態(tài)補償、綠色GDP核算等政策方案，對建立國家環(huán)境規(guī)劃體系、引領(lǐng)環(huán)境規(guī)劃學(xué)和環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(xué)研究做出了貢獻。發(fā)表300多篇論文，出版《環(huán)境規(guī)劃學(xué)》《環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(xué)》等11部著作。獲4項國家科技進步獎和18項部（?。┘壙萍吉?、中國青年科技獎、地球獎（瑞典）和綠色中國年度人物特別獎。

Wang Jinnan, male, born in July 1963, is a native of Wuyi, Zhejiang Province. He researches the field of environmental planning and management. He obtained Ph.D. from Tsinghua University in 1986. He is Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning (CAEP), Ministry of Ecology and Environment, head of the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Planning and Policy Simulation, member of National People's Congress Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party and deputy chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee. He has held more than 20 academic positions, including Chairman of the Global Association of Chinese Environmental Experts, Deputy Director of the National Environmental Damage Assessment Committee, Executive Director of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences, and Senior Advisor of the International Commission for the Protection of Natural Resources. He is one of the engineering talents among the first batch of the national “Thousand Talents Program” and national science and technology leaders in environmental protection. He has presided over the completion of more than 20 national environmental protection plans, including the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution and the Ecological and Environmental Protection Plan for the Xiongan New Area, and has built an environmental quality engineering management system that runs through environmental zoning, emission reduction decisions, performance management and impact assessment, designed policy schemes such as environmental protection tax, emissions trading, ecological compensation and green GDP accounting, and has contributed to the establishment of a national environmental planning system and led the research on environmental planning and environmental economics. He has published more than 300 papers and 11 books, including Environmental Planning and Environmental Economics. He has received 4 national science and technology progress awards and 18 ministerial (provincial) level science and technology awards, the China Youth Science and Technology Award, the Earth Award (Sweden) and the Green China Person of the Year Special Award.
 

吳吟，2008～2013年歷任國家能源局總工程師、副局長?，F(xiàn)任中國能源研究會學(xué)術(shù)顧問、中國煤炭經(jīng)濟研究院理事長、中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)（北京）博士生導(dǎo)師，長期從事煤炭行業(yè)管理、能源總體規(guī)劃工作，為“十四五”國家能源規(guī)劃專家委員會主任。

Having worked as the Chief Engineer and subsequently the Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration during the period from 2008 to 2013, WU Yin is an Academic Advisor at the China Energy Research Society, Board Chair of the China Coal Economic Research Institute, and a doctoral supervisor at the China University of Mining and Technology. Experienced in administration of the coal industry and general energy planning, he also serves as the head of the 14^th FYP National Energy Planning Expert Committee.
 

李俊峰先生作為紅杉資本碳中和研究院院長，中國能源研究會常務(wù)理事，國 家應(yīng)對氣候變化戰(zhàn)略研究和國際合作中心的高級顧問，同時也是該中心的首任主 任，長期從事能源經(jīng)濟和能源環(huán)境理論的研究，先后組織并主持了我國可再生能 源法、國家中長期能源規(guī)劃的起草工作，參與了國家中長期科技發(fā)展綱要、能源 法草案、國家應(yīng)對氣候變化方案等重要文件的研究和起草工作。組織過中國能源 發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題研究、中國低碳發(fā)展宏觀戰(zhàn)略問題研究等重大國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究課 題。李俊峰先生于 2017 年 1 月被授予第九屆扎耶德未來能源終身成就獎。此外， 他還曾擔(dān)任國家能源咨詢委員、國家高技術(shù)專家委員會委員，以及北京市、上海 市、山西省人民政府低碳發(fā)展顧問等。他現(xiàn)在仍擔(dān)任國家氣候變化專家委員會委 員、國家生態(tài)環(huán)境保護專家委員會委員等。

Mr. Li Junfeng is the Chair of the Sequoia Capital Carbon Neutrality Research Institute, a standing member of the China Energy Research Society, a Senior Advisor and the first Director of the National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC). An experienced researcher of energy economics and energy and environment theory, he organized and led the drafting processes for China’s Renewable Energy Law and the Mid- to Long-Term National Plan for Energy Development. He also participated in the research and drafting of other important documents such as Outline of the Mid- to Long-Term National Plan for Science and Technology Development, a draft of China’s Energy Law, and the China National Plan for Tackling Climate Change. Mr. Li also organized major research project on national development strategies such as the study on China’s energy development strategy and the study on China’s macro strategy on low-carbon development. In January 2017, he was awarded the Zayed Future Energy Prize for Lifetime Achievement. Further, he has served as a member of the Expert Advisory Committee, National Energy Commission, a member of the National High Technology Expert Committee, and a low-carbon development for local governments of Beijing Municipality, Shanghai Municipality, and Shanxi Province. Mr. Li is currently a member of the National Climate Change Expert Committee as well as the National Ecology and Environment Protection Expert Committee.

戴丹霓自2018年10月起于北京任職公使銜參贊（繁榮發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟創(chuàng)新）。

她的職責(zé)包括基于項目支持，與中國在能源與氣候變化，健康，科學(xué)技術(shù)，研究與創(chuàng)新以及監(jiān)管外交各方面的接觸。戴丹霓還負責(zé)區(qū)域合作處事務(wù)，區(qū)域合作官員分布在中國各地，他們在各地區(qū)，省和地方各級開展活動。

此前她就任于英國駐非洲大湖地區(qū)特使和英國外交部非洲南部及中部地區(qū)部門負責(zé)人。

在她十九年的外交生涯中，她曾擔(dān)任英國駐比勒陀利亞政務(wù)處參贊，英國外交部東歐和中亞司副處長，英國內(nèi)政部反恐副處長，也供職過北約、歐盟布魯塞爾總部、聯(lián)合國和環(huán)境等事務(wù)。加入英國外交部之前，她曾于東非和中非非政府組織供職了七年的時間。

戴丹霓是環(huán)境科學(xué)碩士，她能說中文且熱愛中國歷史和文化。

戴丹霓是英國駐華使館Happy Diverse Network和性別平等小組的主要負責(zé)人，英國外交發(fā)展部性別包容倡議發(fā)起人之一，并且領(lǐng)導(dǎo)外交發(fā)展部Women’s Local Network Chapter.

Danae Dholakia, BRITISH EMBASSY BEIJING,

Danae has been the Minister Counsellor Prosperity Beijing since October 2018.

This role covers engagement with China on Energy and Climate Change, Health, Science and Technology, Research and Innovation, and aspects of regulatory diplomacy; all of which are supported by programming. Danae is also responsible for the China Outreach Network, whose officers are based throughout China, and whom engage at regional, provincial and local levels.

Prior to that Danae Dholakia was the UK’s Special Envoy to the Great Lakes of Africa and the Head of Southern and Central Africa Department at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

During her 19-year Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) career, she has also worked as Political Counsellor in Pretoria; Deputy Director of Eastern Europe and Central Asia Directorate; Deputy-Director on Counter-Terrorism issues in the Home Office; on NATO; on the EU in Brussels; and on UN and Environmental issues. Before joining the FCO, Danae worked in the NGO sector in Eastern and Central Africa for 7 years.

Danae has a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. She speaks Mandarin and is fascinated by Chinese history and culture.

In addition, Danae is the Happy Diverse Network and Gender Champion for UK in China, as well as a Gender Inclusion Sponsor for the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office. Danae is also Head of the FCDO Women’s Local Network Chapter.
 

尹順真博士，韓國碳中和委員會聯(lián)席主席，韓國首爾國立大學(xué)環(huán)境研究教授。尹博士獲得了特拉華大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境政策的博士學(xué)位和特拉華大學(xué)城市事務(wù)與公共政策碩士學(xué)位。尹博士是能源轉(zhuǎn)型環(huán)保組織“能源替代中心”的前主席，并在韓國引入了公民電站的概念。自2003年以來，她參與了包括比較氣候變化政策網(wǎng)絡(luò)（COMPON）在內(nèi)的環(huán)境保護和能源政策方面的國際和跨國研究項目。2020年12月，尹博士開始擔(dān)任碳中和委員會主席，該委員會為韓國碳中和行動提供戰(zhàn)略總指揮和指導(dǎo)。

YUN Sun-Jin, Co-Chairperson of 2050 Carbon Neutrality Commission of Republic of Korea, Professor, Graduate School of Environmental Studies of Seoul National University. In May 2021, Prof. YUN Sun-Jin was appointed as the Co-Chairperson of 2050 Carbon Neutrality Commission of Republic of Korea. 2050 Carbon Neutrality Commission of Republic of Korea was established in May 2021, as Republic of Korea announced 2050 Carbon Neutrality goal in late 2020, to propose Korea’s ‘2050 Carbon Neutrality Scenario’ and ‘2030 Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC)’, and to collect opinions from diverse parties of interest (e.g. - industries, civil societies, labor, etc.) by providing forum for discussions periodically.

Prof.Yun earned her Ph.D. at University of Delaware, major in Environmental and Energy Policy, and has dedicated most of her career to promoting sustainable development and addressing environmental issues through vigorous research, lecturing, social activities.  

Before assuming the role of Co-Chairperson of 2050 Carbon Neutrality Commission, Prof.Yun previously served in various positions at Government’s Committees, including Ex-Chairperson of Sustainable Development Committee, Ex-Chairperson of Korea Energy Information Culture Agency, etc.

Dr. Alexander Fisher is Director for Sino-German Cooperation on Climate Change (SGCCC) at the GIZ China. His portfolio includes a variety of bilateral projects work in the field of climate change, low carbon development, carbon market mechanism, and non-CO2 emissions, while additionally it includes the coordination mechanisms for regional and global projects on climate change and biodiversity funded by the German government under the International Climate Initiative. Dr. Fisher is also Advisor for the Climate Governance Special Policy Study Group at the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED), and Member for LEDS GP Steering Committee and Climate Transparency Steering Committee.
 

曹東，研究員，生態(tài)環(huán)境部環(huán)境規(guī)劃院首席專家。曾任生態(tài)環(huán)境部環(huán)境規(guī)劃院戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃部主任、環(huán)境風(fēng)險與損害中心主任、總工程師辦公室主任。主要從事環(huán)境經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境管理研究，在環(huán)境經(jīng)濟綜合預(yù)測與模擬、環(huán)境計量分析、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟核算、環(huán)境績效評估等領(lǐng)域處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位。主持完成若干國家科技攻關(guān)項目、國家重大科技專項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃和生態(tài)環(huán)境部重要課題的研究，參與國家環(huán)境保護五年規(guī)劃、重要區(qū)域和行業(yè)環(huán)境保護規(guī)劃的編制，制訂的多項規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)指南被國家有關(guān)部門采納。先后獲得國家科技進步二等獎一項、環(huán)境保護科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎四項、環(huán)境保護科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎四項，在國際國內(nèi)核心學(xué)術(shù)刊物和學(xué)術(shù)會議上發(fā)表論文30余篇，論著9部。

CAO Dong, the Chief Expert of Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. He is expert in environmental economics and environmental management research, especially in the comprehensive forecast and simulation of environmental economics, environmental measurement analysis, environmental economic accounting, environmental performance evaluation. CAO Dong has led a variety of national scientific and technological research projects and participated in the preparation of the national five-year plans for environmental protection and other regulatory papers for key regions and industries .
 

曾任國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委資源節(jié)約與綜合利用司、行業(yè)規(guī)劃司司長、國家發(fā)改委能源局巡視員，原國家能源專家咨詢委員會副主任，全國能源基礎(chǔ)與管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會顧問。

Bai Rongchun, former director of the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection and the Department of Industry Planning of the State Economic and Trade Commission, inspector of the Energy Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, and deputy director of the National Energy Expert Advisory Committee. Currently he serves as the advisor of the National Technical Committee on Energy Infrastructure and Management of the Standardization Administration.

Ms. JIANG Liping has been engaged in consultancy on strategy, planning and policies in energy and power sector for years, with plentiful experience on power and energy related technical economics, market reform, renewable energy, as well as comprehensive development strategies of China’s power sector in the long run. She is consultant of NDRC, MOST, NEA and other related authorities of China. She is also council member of CHINA ENERGY RESEARCH SOCIETY (CERS) and vice chairman of it’s Energy System Engineering Technical Committee, vice chairman of Concentrating Solar Power Technical Committee of CHINESE SOCIETY FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (CSEE), member of Advisory Council of ENERGY SYSTEMS INTEGRATION GROUP(ESIG) , as well as Vice-Chairman of IEEE PES Technical Committee Power System Operation, Planning & Economics Committee - China Satellite Committee, and Chairman of it’s Energy & Power System Technological Economics Subcommittee.
 

王郁濤，中國水泥協(xié)會秘書長、總工程師，教授級高級工程師。畢業(yè)于山東建筑材料工業(yè)學(xué)院，在中國建筑材料科學(xué)研究總院長期從事水泥生產(chǎn)技術(shù)研究及工程設(shè)計建設(shè)工作。2008年加入中國水泥協(xié)會，開始行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展，技術(shù)管理，推動行業(yè)節(jié)能減排等工作。2019年擔(dān)任中國水泥協(xié)會秘書長。

Wang Yutao, Secretary-General and Chief Engineer of China Cement Association and professor-level senior engineer. He graduated from Shandong Institute of Building Materials Industry, and he has been engaged in cement production technology research and engineering design and construction work in China General Research Institute of Building Materials Science for a long time. In 2008, he joined China Cement Association and started industry technology development, technology management, promoting energy saving and emission reduction in the industry, etc. In 2019, he became the Secretary General of China Cement Association.
 

馮超，2003年畢業(yè)于北京科技大學(xué)，現(xiàn)任冶金工業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展研究中心黨委書記、主任，曾擔(dān)任冶金工業(yè)信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究院副院長，世界金屬導(dǎo)報社社長等。正高級工程師，享受國務(wù)院特殊津貼專家。長期從事標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究、報紙編輯、信息咨詢等工作?，F(xiàn)任ISO/TC5黑色金屬管及管件技術(shù)委員會主席、ISO/TC17/AG鋼戰(zhàn)略委員會主席、ISO/TC156“金屬和合金的腐蝕”技術(shù)委員會主席、中國金屬學(xué)會管理分會主任委員等職務(wù)。

該同志擔(dān)任“橋梁纜索用鋼絲等23項國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制”、“數(shù)值型數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)預(yù)研項目”、“高性能建筑用鋼高效開發(fā)利用產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新鏈研究”等多項省部級科研項目負責(zé)人，涉及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、信息、咨詢等各個領(lǐng)域。研究成果多次獲得冶金科學(xué)技術(shù)獎、中國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)新貢獻獎，其中一等獎2次。

目前，馮超同志及團隊致力于致力于鋼鐵行業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟、低碳技術(shù)和綠色金融領(lǐng)域的研究工作，為行業(yè)主管部門、研究機構(gòu)、鋼鐵企業(yè)、金融機構(gòu)提供支撐。承擔(dān)了《河北省鋼鐵工業(yè)“碳達峰”實施方案》、《河北省工業(yè)領(lǐng)域碳達峰實施方案》、《中國鋼鐵行業(yè)低碳技術(shù)路徑方向》等文件編制工作，助力鋼鐵行業(yè)和企業(yè)構(gòu)建綠色低碳新模式，推動綠色高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

FENG Chao, Party Committee Secretary and Director of the China Steel Development Research Institute. Before, he served as the vice president of the China Metallurgical Information and Standardization Institute, the president of the World Metals. He is experienced in standardization research, newspaper editing, etc.

Currently FENG Chao and his team are working on low-carbon economy, low-carbon technology and green finance in the steel industry, providing intellectual support for supervisory authorities, research institutions, steel industries, and financial institutions. Meanwhile, he also undertakes the policy preparation for steel industry achieving carbon peaking. Feng Chao  enjoys special allowance from the State Council.
 

張紹強，男，生于1963年7月，博士，教授級高級工程師。現(xiàn)任中國煤炭加工利用協(xié)會理事長，是世界選煤大會（ICPC）中國委員、中國煤炭工業(yè)協(xié)會潔凈煤與綜合利用部主任、中國煤炭工業(yè)協(xié)會選煤分會會長、中國煤炭加工利用協(xié)會發(fā)電分會。

長期致力于推進煤炭清潔高效利用，成果多次被政府部門文件采納。包括：煤炭清潔高效利用的政策建議（其中包括關(guān)于京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展背景下散煤清潔化治理與替代困境的政策建議），《關(guān)于發(fā)展煤電聯(lián)營指導(dǎo)意見》等。利用平臺優(yōu)勢，了解并掌握居民燃煤潔凈化利用多項技術(shù)，同時清晰把握各項技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用情況。近期研究成果包括：1）《“十三五”煤炭清潔高效發(fā)展若干重大問題研究》并獲“二〇一四年度能源軟科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果二等獎”；2）起草《關(guān)于促進煤炭工業(yè)現(xiàn)代煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見》；3）承擔(dān)神華集團委托的《低煤泥產(chǎn)量重介選煤新工藝研究》、《神華集團煤質(zhì)管理體系建設(shè)》等；4）承擔(dān)陜西煤業(yè)化工集團《陜西煤業(yè)化工集團產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案研究》、《陜西煤業(yè)化工集團煤炭產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及質(zhì)量管控體系建設(shè)研究》等；5）參與制定我國《商品煤質(zhì)量管理暫行辦法》、《煤炭行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)評價指標(biāo)體系》等。6）編寫《中國煤炭深加工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報告》、《煤炭行業(yè)煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)研報告》、《煤化工廢水處理技術(shù)發(fā)展報告》等。

Zhang Shaoqiang, male, born in July 1963, PhD, professor-level senior engineer. He is currently the chairman of China Coal Processing and Utilization Association (CCPUA), a member of World Coal Processing Congress (ICPC) China, the director of Clean Coal and Comprehensive Utilization Department of China Coal Industry Association, the director of Coal Processing Branch of China Coal Industry Association and the power generation branch of China Coal Processing and Utilization Association. He has been committed to promoting clean and efficient utilization of coal for a long time, and his achievements have been adopted by governmental documents for many times, including: policy recommendations on clean and efficient utilization of coal and "Guidance on the development of coal-power linkage".
 

田智宇，國家發(fā)展和改革委員會能源研究所副研究員，能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究中心執(zhí)行主任，主要從事節(jié)能與能效、能源戰(zhàn)略、應(yīng)對氣候變化領(lǐng)域研究工作。作為主要人員，參與中國能源生產(chǎn)和消費革命、節(jié)能減排、應(yīng)對氣候變化等戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃、政策研究和文件起草工作。多次獲得國家發(fā)改委、國家能源局、中國宏觀經(jīng)濟研究院優(yōu)秀研究成果表彰，撰寫內(nèi)刊、報告多次獲得黨中央、國務(wù)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批示。

TIAN Zhiyu, the Executive Director of the Energy Sustainable Development Research Center at the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). He has abundant experience of energy conservation and energy efficiency, energy strategy, and climate change. He has played a key role in drafting policies, strategies, and plans regarding energy production and consumption, energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and climate change. His excellent work was published and awarded by major government agencies and think tanks in China, and his internal reference reports were approved by the Central Committee and the State Council.
 

柴麒敏，國家氣候戰(zhàn)略中心戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃部主任，清華大學(xué)現(xiàn)代管理研究中心兼職研究員，對外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)綠色金融與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究中心副主任、客座教授，貴州理工學(xué)院客座教授，斯坦福大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者，全球氣候戰(zhàn)略委員會委員。作為政府代表團成員長期參與聯(lián)合國氣候變化談判，作為主要執(zhí)筆者參與了本世紀(jì)中葉長期溫室氣體低排放發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、中國國家自主貢獻、應(yīng)對氣候變化專項規(guī)劃、國家控制溫室氣體排放工作方案、二氧化碳排放達峰行動方案等政策文件的撰寫，成果多次獲得環(huán)境保護科學(xué)技術(shù)獎、國家發(fā)展改革委優(yōu)秀研究成果獎、能源軟科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎。

CHAI Qimin is the Chief of the Strategic Planning Research Section, National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC), a Part-time Researcher at the Research Center for Contemporary Management (RCCM) of Tsinghua University, and the Deputy Chief of the Green Finance and Sustainable Development Research Center at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). A guest professor at the UIBE and the Guizhou Institute of Technology, he has also been a visiting scholar at Stanford University and a member of the Global Climate Strategy Committee. For many years, he participated in UN climate change negotiations as a member of the Chinese government delegation. He is also the primary author for many of China’s key policy documents on emission reduction, China’s intended nationally determined contribution, China’s climate response plans, etc. For his research achievements, he has received several national and ministry-level awards.
 

張曉華，氣候工作基金會中國辦公室首席代表。1999年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。在過去近二十年間，他一直從事氣候變化國際談判和相關(guān)問題研究的工作，在氣候變化國際談判領(lǐng)域有著豐富的知識和經(jīng)驗。在此之前，2015年8月至2020年12月?lián)温?lián)合國秘書長辦公室氣候變化與南南合作高級政策顧問。2012-2015年，他擔(dān)任中國國家氣候變化戰(zhàn)略研究和國際合作中心國際合作部負責(zé)人。2007-2012年，他曾就職于《聯(lián)合國氣候變化框架公約》秘書處工作，專職從事氣候變化國際談判支持工作，特別是在技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓和資金方面。1999-2007年，他在清華大學(xué)核研院工作，從事能源系統(tǒng)分析、減緩氣候變化相關(guān)的研究工作。2003-2006年和2012-2015，他曾擔(dān)任中國政府參加聯(lián)合國氣候談判代表團的成員。

Mr. Zhang Xiaohua, Chief Representative of the ClimateWorks Foundation Beijing Office. He received his Ph.D in nuclear engineering from Tsinghua University in 1999. In the last twenty years, he was deeply engaged in the international negotiation on climate change and conducted various studies on relevant issues in that area. He has rich experiences and knowledge with regard to international climate change negotiations. Prior to the current position, he was the senior policy advisor on climate change and South-South Cooperation in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General of the United Nations since 2015. Before joining the EOSG, he was the director of International Cooperation Department of the National Centre for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation in China. In 2007-2012, he worked in the UNFCCC secretariat and was one of the key members in providing supports to the negotiation of the Bali Action Plan in particular on issues of technology transfer and finance. From 1999-2007, he was assistant researcher in the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology of Tsinghua University focusing on energy system analysis and climate change mitigation polices. From 2003-2006 and 2012-2015, he was member of Chinese Delegate to the UNFCCC.
 

袁進，太原理工大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院教授，博導(dǎo)，太原理工大學(xué)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新研究院執(zhí)行院長。曾任山西省生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心、省固體廢物管理中心主任?，F(xiàn)任山西省人大常委會委員、省學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人、省委直接聯(lián)系的高級專家。長期從事環(huán)境規(guī)劃與政策、應(yīng)對氣候變化與能源低碳政策、環(huán)境影響評價等領(lǐng)域研究。

YUAN Jin is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology (TUT) and the Executive Chair of the TUT Environmental Innovation Research Institute. He is a member of the Standing Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Congress, an academic and technology leader in the province, and a high-level expert in regular contact with the provincial Party committee. Previously the Chief of Shanxi Provincial Center for Ecological and Environmental Studies and Chief of the provincial Solid Waste Management Center, he has extensive experience in studies on environmental planning and policy, climate change response, energy, and low-carbon policy, as well as environmental impact assessment.
 

杭栓柱，現(xiàn)為自治區(qū)政府參事，內(nèi)大創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)院戰(zhàn)略與規(guī)劃研究中心主任、研究員，自治區(qū)有突出貢獻的中青年專家，享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家。歷任內(nèi)蒙古計劃委員會經(jīng)濟研究所副所長，內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟信息中心（內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展研究中心）副主任，內(nèi)蒙古發(fā)展研究中心（內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟信息中心）黨委書記、主任，內(nèi)蒙古發(fā)展和改革委員會黨組成員兼自治區(qū)發(fā)展研究中心主任，內(nèi)蒙古社會科學(xué)界聯(lián)合會主席、黨組書記。被聘為內(nèi)蒙古人大智庫專家、內(nèi)蒙古政協(xié)應(yīng)用型智庫專家、內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)等多所高校兼職教授。先后主持出版著作十多部、發(fā)表論文近百篇，曾負責(zé)自治區(qū)“十一五”規(guī)劃、“十二五”規(guī)劃編制起草工作。主持多項重大課題研究，五項成果獲內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果獎一等獎。

HANG Shuanzhu is a counselor of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Government, Chief of the Inner Mongolia University (IMU) Strategy and Planning Research Center. A Research Professor at the IMU, he is a recognized younger expert with distinguished contribution and receives special expert allowances from the State Council. Previously, he has worked as the Deputy Head of the Economic Research Institute of Inner Mongolia Planning Committee, Deputy Head of the Inner Mongolia Center for Economic Information (Inner Mongolia Economic and Social Development Research Center), Head and Party Chief of the Inner Mongolia Development Research Center, member of the leading Party group of Inner Mongolia Development and Reform Commission and Director of the Inner Mongolia Development Research Center, and President and Party Chief of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Social Sciences. Additionally, Mr. Hang is an expert at various think tanks and a part-time professor at different higher education institutions including the Inner Mongolia University. Having published extensively, he also led major award-winning research projects and was responsible for the drafting of key policy documents for the Inner Mongolia government.
 

許崇慶，山東省科學(xué)院生態(tài)研究所所長、書記，研究員，中國能源學(xué)會理事，山東省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會監(jiān)事長，國家科技部生態(tài)環(huán)境領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?，山東省新舊動能轉(zhuǎn)換新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展智庫專家，山東省政府能源、低碳和應(yīng)對氣候變化領(lǐng)域?qū)＜遥?012年被授予山東省低碳領(lǐng)軍人才。近年來許崇慶同志主持國際科技合作、中國清潔發(fā)展機制、世界銀行等碳排放、能源低碳領(lǐng)域重要科研項目近20項。主持起草山東省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2018-2028年）、山東省煤炭等量減量替代工作方案、山東省“十三五”能源增量分解方案、山東省“十三五”節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃等20余項省級低碳發(fā)展領(lǐng)域相關(guān)規(guī)劃，且成果均得到政府部門應(yīng)用。

XU Chongqing is the Chief of Shandong Academy of Sciences Ecology Division. His research focuses on energy transition, climate change response, and green low-carbon development strategy and policy. He participated in all stages of the management of energy use amount and intensity as well as the reduction of coal consumption, supporting coal control work across the province. Mr. Xu led key research including Shandong Provincial Industry Plan on Green Development, Shandong Provincial Carbon Peaking Action Plan, providing important suggestions to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality efforts in Shandong Province. He received various national and provincial awards for his work.
 

公眾環(huán)境研究中心（IPE）創(chuàng)始人、主任

1993年起在《南華早報》工作，期間研究中國環(huán)境問題，并于1999年出版專著《中國水危機》。2004年入選耶魯大學(xué)世界學(xué)人項目（Yale World Fellows Program）。

2006年創(chuàng)立公眾環(huán)境研究中心，并主持開發(fā)和運行中國首個公益環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)庫，2014年發(fā)布蔚藍地圖APP，協(xié)助公眾獲取空氣、水質(zhì)、海洋和土壤風(fēng)險信息，并參與監(jiān)督企業(yè)排放，舉報水體污染，落實社區(qū)垃圾分類?；谖邓{大數(shù)據(jù)，IPE不斷推進綠色供應(yīng)鏈，服務(wù)綠色金融，賦能社會監(jiān)督，推動逾16,000家企業(yè)改善和披露；開發(fā)數(shù)字化解決方案，推動碳披露，助力區(qū)域碳達峰碳中和。

馬軍于2006年被評為綠色中國年度人物，并入選《時代周刊》最具影響100人；2009年獲麥格賽賽獎；2012年獲戈德曼環(huán)境獎；2015年成為“斯科爾社會企業(yè)家獎”第一個來自中國的獲獎?wù)撸?019年受邀成為生態(tài)環(huán)境部特邀觀察員。

MA Jun, Founding Director, Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs (IPE)

Ma Jun began his career in 1993 working for the South China Morning Post, where his research on China’s environmental problems spurred him to publish the 1999 book China’s Water Crisis. In 2004 he was selected as a Yale World Fellow. In 2006, Ma Jun founded the non-profit organization the Institute of Public & Environmental Affairs (IPE) in Beijing, China.

Ma Jun has led the development and launch of China’s first environmental public database, the China Pollution Map, as well as the Blue Map (Weilan Ditu), a mobile app that helps the public use “micro-reports” against environmental violations and polluting rivers, facilitate garbage sorting and recycling, as well as promoting biodiversity conservation. The green supply chain and green finance program and public supervision he and colleagues initiated has motivated more than 16,000 companies to openly address their violation problems or disclose emissions data. Ma Jun led the development of Dynamic Environmental Credit Risk Assessment, which enables major banks and financial institutions to help with green recovery after the pandemic through solid green finance practice. Most recently, he and his team are developing digital solutions to promote carbon disclosure and facilitate regional carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

In 2006, he was awarded as China’s “Green Person of the Year” and was named as one of TIME Magazine’s World’s 100 Most Influential People. Ma was also honored with the Magsaysay Award in 2009 and Goldman Prize in 2012 for his environmental protection work in China, as well as the 2015 Skoll Foundation Award for Social Entrepreneurship for his innovative approach to address China’s pollution problems. In 2019, Ma was invited as a Special Observer by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in China.
 

馬駿博士現(xiàn)任中國金融學(xué)會綠色金融專業(yè)委員主任，北京綠色金融與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究院院長，北京大學(xué)宏觀與綠色金融實驗室聯(lián)席主任，G20可持續(xù)金融研究小組共同主席。作為綠色和可持續(xù)金融領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)軍人物，馬博士還擔(dān)任“一帶一路”綠色投資原則（GIP）指導(dǎo)委員會共同主席、央行與監(jiān)管機構(gòu)綠色金融網(wǎng)絡(luò)（NGFS）監(jiān)管工作組主席、北京綠色金融協(xié)會會長、香港綠色金融協(xié)會會長等許多公益職務(wù)。

Dr. MA Jun is the Founder and President of Institute of Finance and Sustainability (based in Beijing). He is also Co-director of Macro and Green Finance Laboratory at Peking University and the Chairman of Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, Co-Chair of G20 Sustainable Finance Study Group, and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the Green Investment Principles for the Belt & Road.

楊富強先生是北京大學(xué)能源研究院氣候變化與能源轉(zhuǎn)型項目高級顧問。作為能源與氣候變化領(lǐng)域的專家，四十多年來致力于中國的可持續(xù)能源戰(zhàn)略和政策研究。在推進建筑、工業(yè)和交通部門節(jié)能、低碳生態(tài)城市、電力和可再生能源、應(yīng)對氣候變化等方面做了大量工作。在此之前，他是自然資源保護協(xié)會（NRDC）能源、環(huán)境與氣候變化高級顧問。他曾歷任世界自然基金會全球氣候變化應(yīng)對計劃主任及能源基金會（中國）副主席、北京代表處首席代表。他曾在國家計委能源研究所、美國能源部勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室等機構(gòu)從事能源政策研究工作。楊先生曾先后獲得中國吉林大學(xué)物理系學(xué)士學(xué)位及美國西弗吉尼亞大學(xué)工業(yè)工程博士學(xué)位。

Dr. Yang Fuqiang is Senior Advisor of Climate Change and Energy Transition Program (CCETP), Institute of Energy at Beijing University. As an expert on climate change and energy, he has worked on China’s sustainable energy strategy and policy for more than 4 decades, and researched extensively on energy savings in building, industrial, and transportation sectors, low carbon cities, electricity and renewable energy, as well as climate change. Prior to joining CCETP, he was Senior Advisor on Energy, Environment and Climate Change at the Natural Resources Defense Council. Dr. Yang was the Director of Global Climate Solutions at WWF International Headquarter, and Vice President of Energy Foundation and Chief Representative of Energy Foundation Beijing Office. Before 2000, Dr. Yang worked with the State Planning Commission’s Energy Research Institute in China, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory In USA. Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at West Virginia University in the United States and his B.S. in Physics at Jilin University in China.
 

徐洪峰，中央財經(jīng)大學(xué)綠色金融國際研究院副院長、中國社會科學(xué)院研究員，中國證券業(yè)協(xié)會綠色證券委員會副秘書長、中國環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會投融資專委會副秘書長、哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院Rajawali訪問學(xué)者、福特基金會國際學(xué)者。中國社會科學(xué)院博士，清華大學(xué)博士后。研究方向為能源政治經(jīng)濟、綠色金融。中國國家社會科學(xué)基金、中國留學(xué)人員科技擇優(yōu)資助（重點項目）等國家級課題主持人。撰寫內(nèi)參要報十余篇被中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳等采納。參與雄安、浙江衢州、江西贛江新區(qū)、廣州花都等國家首批綠色金融改革創(chuàng)新試驗區(qū)的綠色金融規(guī)劃、綠色金融發(fā)展研究，以及綠色金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新。主持完成NRDC、能源基金會、丹麥KR基金會的綠色金融、能源投融資相關(guān)課題研究。

Hongfeng Xu is Deputy Dean of the International Institute of Green Finance, Central University of Finance and Economics, Researcher of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Deputy Secretary-General of the Green Securities Committee of the China Securities Industry Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Investment and Financing Committee of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, Rajawali Visiting Scholar of Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Visiting scholar, and Ford Foundation International Scholar.
She earned her doctoral degree from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and completed postdoctoral study at Tsinghua University. Her research is focused on energy political economy and green finance. Furthermore, she hosted several national-level projects such as a project of the National Social Science Fund of China. Over the past several years, she has drafted more than ten internal reference reports which were adopted by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council. She also participated in the green finance planning, green finance development research, and green finance product and service innovation in the first group of green finance reform and innovation pilot zones in Xiongan, Quzhou, Ganjiang, and Huadu in China. In addition, she presided over the research projects of green finance and energy investment and financing of NRDC, Energy Foundation, and Danish KR Foundation.
 

彭作剛，高級經(jīng)濟師，中國人民大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)碩士，現(xiàn)任中國郵政儲蓄銀行授信管理部總經(jīng)理。曾任中國郵政儲蓄銀行大連分行行長，江蘇省分行黨委書記、副行長，總行資金營運部總經(jīng)理等職務(wù)，銀行從業(yè)20多年，具有豐富的銀行管理、資金運營、授信管理、信用審批、資產(chǎn)保全、綠色金融等工作經(jīng)驗。

Zuogang Peng, Senior Economist, is General Manager of the Credit Management Department of Postal Savings Bank of China. He earned Master of Economics from Renmin University of China. He used to be the president of the Dalian branch of Postal Savings Bank of China, the party secretary and deputy president of the Jiangsu branch, and the general manager of the capital operation department of its headquarters. He has been in the banking industry for more than 20 years and has a wealth of work experience in bank management, capital operation, credit management, credit approval, asset preservation, green finance, etc.
 

張星博士，亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行（亞投行）高級氣候政策專家。主要負責(zé)亞投行氣候融資相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略、政策制定及項目評估。加入亞投行前他就職于世界銀行國際金融公司（IFC），負責(zé)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資項目氣候標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定及創(chuàng)新。加入IFC之前他擔(dān)任聯(lián)合國氣候秘書處（UNFCCC）項目官員，主要負責(zé)聯(lián)合國多邊議程下市場機制的相關(guān)管理及支持。

Dr. Zhang Xing is a Senior Climate Policy Specialist at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). He is responsible for the strategy, policy development and project evaluation related to climate finance at AIIB. Prior to joining the AIIB, he worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank, where he was responsible for climate standards development and innovation for infrastructure investment projects. Before joining IFC, he was a Program Officer at the United Nations Climate Secretariat (UNFCCC), where he was responsible for the management and support of market-based mechanisms under the UN multilateral agenda.
 

謝文泓，氣候債券倡議組織(CBI)的中國區(qū)總經(jīng)理，負責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)CBI在中國項目和業(yè)務(wù)的管理和開發(fā)。CBI是全球唯一致力于調(diào)動100萬億美元的債券市場以應(yīng)對環(huán)境和氣候問題的、聚焦于投資者的非營利機構(gòu)。除負責(zé)研究、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開發(fā)和與政府部門、多邊機構(gòu)、核查機構(gòu)、承銷商和機構(gòu)投資者的協(xié)調(diào)外，謝文泓也會為包括銀行、國有企業(yè)、地方政府和私營企業(yè)在內(nèi)的債券發(fā)行人提供綠色債券發(fā)行和認證方面的相關(guān)建議。

在加入CBI之前，謝文泓曾在清華金融與發(fā)展中心擔(dān)任經(jīng)濟分析師，并在國際金融公司任短期顧問。此外，他還曾在多家智庫和非政府機構(gòu)從事環(huán)境和國際發(fā)展方面的工作。謝文泓擁有斯坦福大學(xué)國際政策研究碩士學(xué)位。

Wenhong Xie is CBI’s China Programme Manager and is based in Beijing. He is responsible for leading the management and development of CBI’s projects and business in mainland China. In addition to managing research projects and liaising with government agencies, multilateral organizations, verifiers, underwriters and institutional investors, Wenhong also provides advice on green bond issuance and certification to support potential green bond issuers such as banks, state-owned enterprises, municipalities, and large corporates.

Prior to joining CBI, he worked as an economist at Tsinghua’s Center for Finance and Development (led by Dr. Ma Jun) and a consultant for the International Finance Corporation, in addition to a number of think tanks and NGOs in environment and international development. Wenhong has an M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University, and a B.A. in History from Hampshire College.
